Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SEORevive website (seorevive.in) and the SEO services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SEORevive provides search engine optimization (SEO) consulting and implementation services including but not limited to: technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, local SEO, e-commerce SEO, Google penalty recovery, link building, and content strategy. Specific deliverables for each engagement are detailed in the signed proposal or package description.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to Google Search Console, Analytics, CMS, and hosting where needed
  • Respond to requests for approvals, clarifications, and content within 5 business days
  • Not attempt or hire others to perform black-hat SEO during the engagement (link buying, PBN, cloaking)
  • Provide accurate information about your business and website

3. Payments

  • One-time packages: 100% payable in advance
  • Monthly retainers: paid in advance at the start of each calendar month
  • Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. GST applicable as per current Indian law.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), Razorpay, Stripe (international).
  • Late payment: work may pause until payment is received. No late fees for the first 7 days.

4. Performance & Expectations

SEO is a long-term strategy. We work diligently using Google-compliant techniques, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. Search algorithms change, competition fluctuates, and external factors (Google core updates, manual actions by third parties on your past backlinks, site downtime) can impact results.

What we do guarantee: a custom strategy based on your actual data, hands-on implementation (not just reports), transparent weekly/monthly reporting, and ethical Google-compliant work.

5. Intellectual Property

All content we create (blog posts, landing page copy, schema, technical recommendations) becomes your property upon full payment. Our internal methodology, proprietary checklists, and tools remain ours. You may not resell our deliverables as templates.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, business information, and credentials as strictly confidential. We will not share your data with third parties except as disclosed in our Privacy Policy. We're happy to sign an NDA on request.

7. Cancellation & Termination (No Lock-In, No Refunds)

Monthly retainers: either party may cancel with 15 days written notice. No long-term contracts. No cancellation fees. You're free to stop services at the end of any billing cycle — that's our "no lock-in" commitment in writing.

Refund policy: all payments are non-refundable. Since we operate on a no-lock-in, stop-anytime basis, there are no refunds for completed work or billed months. If you're unhappy with the service, you can simply cancel future months — you will not be billed further.

One-time packages: non-refundable once paid. Deliverables will be completed per the package scope.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client engages in illegal activity, spam, or asks us to perform black-hat SEO.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Testimonials & Case Studies

Client testimonials published on seorevive.in are either (a) direct permissions from real clients or (b) illustrative composites based on aggregated campaign outcomes. Specific metrics ("+675% traffic," "40 leads/month") are from real campaigns. Names and exact identifiers are anonymized unless the client has given written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Existing clients will be notified of material changes 30 days before they take effect.
